Set up Food and Beverage area for our fellowship time before The Gathering starts.
Bring in/set out food for fellowship time.
Make beverages for fellowship time.
Clean up the Kitchen after The Gathering is over. |

Set up chairs before The Gathering.
Set up the stage for the worship band.
Run Sound for the worship band.
Run Media Shout for the worship (Worship Song words on the screen).
Run Media Shout for the teaching (Bible verses and other teaching notes on the screen).
Tear down after The Gathering is over (well not tear it down, just put the chairs against the wall so the cleaning crew can come in the morning and vacuum). |

We can never have enough people praying for us and for this ministry.

Pray that God would bring someone to lead our worship full time.
